Dr. Throy Campbell, Post-Doctoral Fellow
Dr. Campbell joins the LINK Lab team as a Post-Doctoral Fellow. His area of research for the fellowship focuses on the balance between formal education, learning, and work. He earned his doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, and master’s in business administration. His pedagogical background includes teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in education leadership and policy, business finance, and management. He has 7 years of leadership experience in the private sector and firsthand understanding of the changing nature of the labor market. Throy is uniquely positioned to pursue his research agenda on how learning and innovation within the workplace and higher education institutions may be integrated to better prepare our graduates for the knowledge-driven workplace, and how to better facilitate the creation and transfer of knowledge between academia and industry.
zhijia-mou Zhijia Mou, Doctoral Fellow
Zhijia Mou joins the LINK Lab as a visiting scholar. His research focuses on personalized learning analytics based on online student learning behavior data, with an emphasis on the design of personalized learning analytics tools and learning outcome prediction. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Linyi Normal University, and holds a Master of Science in Educational Technology from Shaanxi Normal University. He is a doctoral candidate in the division of Educational Technology at Beijing Normal University. He spent two years as the Managing Coordinator for electronic schoolbag program in e-learning at Qingdao No. 2 middle school of Shandong Province in China. He also participated in the interactive electronic textbook program, focusing on the design of general interaction elements for tablets.
